Hotel information

The hotel offers free bicycle hire to all of its guests to have a pleasant ride in the gardens of the Retiro Park. You can also get discounted entry to the Warner theme park when booking through the hotel reception.

Food & beverage

The hotel features a cosy cafeteria, where our guests can relax while enjoying the typical “aperitivo madrileño”, amongst other things.

Breakfast - with fruit, buns, pastries, coffee, etc. - is served in the breakfast room.

Room information

The rooms offer a warm, modern and comfortable decoration, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The minimalist lines and avant-garde touch from the former art gallery can still be seen in what’s now a small and delicate 4 star hotel.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with state-of-art technology such as laptops, flat screen TV sets, hydromassage showers, portable phones etc. We have Family Rooms for up to 4 people, that can be ideal for small groups as well. There are also rooms for disabled guests. All rooms and public areas are non-smoking for your convenience.

Area information

The Petit Palace Art Gallery is centraly placed in the exclusive and luxurious commercial area of Serrano, at the geographical and business heart of the capital, between Velázquez, Serrano and Goya streets. Placed in the immediate vicinity of the exclusive shopping street Serrano, near Plaza de Colón, Biblioteca Nacional, Museo Arqueológico and Paseo de la Castellana, the main business area of the country. Very close to the so called Art Avenue where the three most important museums of the city are placed Museo del Prado, Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Reina Sofía Modern Art Centre. The hotel is placed just a few meters away from the wonderful Parque del Retiro, perfect place to go jogging and have nice walks.

Great location! Can walk to El Prado through the park.

The noise from the street was too much first thing in the morning and I
didn't like the glass bathroom which was inside the room.The staff were
great and moved me to another room immediately to a much quieter room
which had a separate bathroom although there was no privacy as the glass
door was directly in front of the toilet!

Felt at home at all times. Excellent service and attention. Centric location and at the same time more quite and safer than at the center of the city.

Hallways are too dark and stuffy [no AC in the hallways].

The hotel is really trendy. It is situted in a nice area with lots of designer shops to visit. There was a laptop in every room which was handy.

Just beware the bathroom is surrounded by a glass wall, some might like it, some people might not!!

This hotel is in an excellent location in comfortable walking distance of the heart of Madrid. The rooms were stylish and modern with the laptop in each room proving very useful.

la situation est formidable, quartier chic à trois stations de métro du centre. salle de bains luxueuses. Cet hotel est rénové et et totalement contemporains. Lits en 2.20 metres.

les menuiseries extérieures sont à revoir ( pas de double vitrage). Le prix des petits déjeuners est exhorbitant ( 20 euros par personne). le restaurant et la cafétéria ne fonctionnaient pas durant notre séjour. Ceci étant Madrid vit une grande partie de la nuit et l'on peut manger à toute heure.
