10 minute walking distance to Plaza Mayor, 3 minutes from the metro station Puerta de Toledo. It's in a quiet area, there's no noise coming from the street. Excellent room facilities.

The tv only had 6 channels, one in English and the others in Spanish with bad image. On the first day the cafeteria staff was not very nice with us: I had to ask 3 times in order to get our table clean and the staff kept attending the Spanish guests that were arriving after us.

I picked this hotel because they accept pets... which is way difficult to find in Madrid. Checked in/ checked out and no one made a big deal about my pets or charged me for them. Bedroom was a good size, bed a bit firm but typical in Spain, bathroom was modern and spacious. Pretty good for a 3 star hotel... and yes, the Toledo metro is practically out the door..more like a block, but so close.

good location, near to the metro station, good comunication to the downtown.

The doors to the room are not tight, so you can hear everything what happend on the corridor. it need to be improoved
